Being familiar with credit qualification and underwriting guidelines for both Business and mortgage finance , I also assist nationally recognized mortgage companies, brokers, realtors, & home builders with education and consumer services. I have seen a lot of changes in the mortgage industry and the one consistency that remains is that we as consumers need excellent credit.
